Refund & Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Before seeking a refund we would like to try to assist with any issue you’re having. If we can help fix the issue we would be happy to help make things right. Contact us at service@stoveshield.com for questions – we want to help make things right.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be unused and have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us via the contact form or email at service@stoveshield.com
  2. Provide us with your order number
  3. Let us know why you would like to return the product or receive an exchange

We may ask for a photo of the protector on your cooktop to review.

Refunds

Once your return has been mailed back to us, we will process the refund for your order. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Additional Information:

  • Please allow up to 2 business days to process a refund
  • All return shipping fees are the customers responsibility
  • Original shipping costs, duty paid or other associated costs are non-refundable
  • To be eligible for refund, you must have product mailed by the 30th day from date or order and notify us of returned product within 30 days of order via email to service@stoveshield.com

Returns for Defect or Damaged in Shipping 

We will refund or replace any purchase you receive that is considered a manufacturer’s defect or damaged in shipping with in 30 days from date of your order. We require photographic proof of the product defect or damage prior to issuing a refund or replacement. This policy does not include any dissatisfaction with the fit or cosmetic look of the product as it was originally intended for use.  

Exchanges

All claims for orders arriving with missing or wrong items must be made within 30 days of your order.

365-Day Product Promise

Our 365-Day Product Promise applies to both our Stove Shield and Knob Panel Shield. This promise includes a one-time replacement of your gas Stove Shield or Knob Panel Shield within 365 days of your purchase date if the defect is a manufacturers defect or product malfunction. To be eligible for this limited warranty, you must follow all instructions when using our products to qualify for the one-time replacement per order. We may ask for you to send photo proof of the product defect so we can improve for the next customer. To obtain your one-time replacement product, a $20 shipping and restock fee may be applicable.
